Instructions
Cook The Oatmeal
Prepare a single serving of your favorite oatmeal according to package directions, either on the stovetop or in the microwave. The oatmeal should be hot and steaming.
For a richer base and extra protein, cook your oats with milk instead of water.
Add Sweetened Condensed Milk
Pour one to two tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk over the hot, steaming bowl of cooked oatmeal. Stir thoroughly to incorporate until the oats become creamy and pudding-like.
Start with one tablespoon and taste before adding more, as sweetened condensed milk is very sweet. You can always drizzle extra on top for a glossy finish.
